Information and prices

Information & weekly prices for stays of at least 8 consecutive weeks:
Excluding: reservation costs (€45.00), final cleaning (compulsory), the costs of electricity and/or gas consumption for lighting and heating, water consumption with associated purification levy, local levies, and any rental of bed linen package, towel & kitchen package. The deposit is equal to the 4-week rental price.

You rent a fully equipped recreation bungalow, TV and Wi-Fi is included in the rental price. Disposal of daily rubbish is also included in the rental price. The rates mentioned are valid for a minimum stay of 8 consecutive weeks. You will then receive an invoice per 4-week period. Before the start of the first rental period, the deposit and the one-off final cleaning must also be paid.

Our holiday homes are not intended for permanent living. You will therefore not receive a rental contract. Only a temporary stay of up to 6 months is possible. The advantage of this is that we are very flexible with scheduling. After a booked period of at least 8 weeks, it is possible to schedule a temporary option on extension. If you would like a temporary option, please indicate this when booking so that the bungalow cannot be booked by others. If there is an overlap period from or to the high season, the rental price will be calculated pro rata.

 We recommend making an appointment to view the bungalows in advance and discuss the possibilities with us. You can reach us during office hours on 035-577 3000. Should you not be able to come by in advance, we can of course also inform you about the possibilities by e-mail. In order to send you an appropriate offer, we need the following information from you:

- The number of people (adults, children (with ages) and any pets

- The desired period/dates of stay

- Your address details

- The desired type of bungalow
