Rental conditions long stay
Are you looking for (temporary) accommodation for a longer period of time? These conditions are valid for bookings of 8 weeks or more.
All our bookings are exclusive: The cost of electricity and/or gas consumption and water consumption (with associated drainage levy)
Reservation & Payment
Your reservation, exclusively via e-mail, will be confirmed by us. You will receive an invoice per period of 4 weeks. You pay, within 14 days after receipt of the reservation invoice, the rent of the first period of 4 weeks including the corresponding deposit and a mandatory final cleaning. The deposit is equal to the rental price of 4 weeks. You then pay the rent in advance 14 days before the start of the new period. The rent and deposit must always be in our possession before arrival.
For payments by credit card the following surcharges apply:
Mastercard: 2.6%, Visa: 2.5%, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, Union Pay and VPay: 3.45%.
Any cancellation must be made in writing. If a booking has to be cancelled, you will be charged a compensation of:
- 15% of the total rent if more than three months before arrival date;
- 50% of the total rent within two to three months before arrival date;
- 75% of the total rent within one to two months before arrival date;
- 90% of the total rental sum within one month before the arrival date;
- In case of premature termination of the rental period, no refund of the rental price will be paid.
We advise you to take out a cancellation insurance.
The reservation costs are € 45.00 per reservation.
We charge a mandatory final cleaning fee per booking. The costs depend on the type of bungalow. In case of long term rental, one of our employees will check the bungalow every 4 weeks for any damage/defects. If the bungalow is not properly maintained by the tenant, the bungalow will be cleaned by our cleaning company, in consultation with the tenant. The costs of cleaning will be charged to the tenant. If the bungalow is delivered by the tenant with an overdue cleaning, we will charge extra costs for the final cleaning if necessary.
The deposit is equal to the rental price for 4 weeks. After inspection of the bungalow for damage and/or defects, the deposit will be refunded to your bank or giro account within 10 days after your departure.
Bringing a pet is allowed (max. 2 in consultation). You need to report this when booking the bungalow. Per pet € 2,00 per day will be charged. We also charge extra cleaning costs for a stay with pets. Leaving your pet alone in the bungalow is not allowed if it causes inconvenience and/or damage. Dogs and cats must be kept on a leash outside the bungalow at all times. Cats allowed outside must wear a collar with a bell.
The rental prices are exclusive of local taxes and amount to € 1.75 per person per night.
In case of long term rent you will receive after each rental period of 4 weeks an interim payment of all incurred (consumption) costs with regard to electricity, and possibly water, the corresponding purification levy and possibly gas. This invoice must be paid within 7 days.
It is not compulsory to rent a linen package. However, we do require the use of linen. Bed linen, towels and kitchen linen can be rented separately (with weekly or fortnightly change) or you can bring your own.
- Bed linen package per person, consisting of: 1 bottom sheet, 1 duvet cover, 1 pillowcase. Price: € 8,00
- Towel package per person, consisting of: 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, 1 wash cloth. Price: € 6.00
- Kitchen package per bungalow, consisting of: 1 tea towel, 1 kitchen towel. Price: € 4.50
It is possible to get a temporary option to extend your stay for a certain period after you have booked. There is no charge for this. If you would like a temporary option, this must be indicated at the time of booking.
The bungalow you have booked is available to you from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival. We expect you between 15.00 and 17.00 hours. If your arrival is later in the evening or on another day, we kindly ask you to contact us via 035-577 3000 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
On the day of departure the bungalow must be vacated before 10.00 a.m. and left tidy (no overdue maintenance).
We assume that you will replace lamps, hoover bags, etc. yourself if you stay for a longer period of time.
In the event of damage, loss or theft of park property, we will charge you. It is not permitted to place a satellite dish next to your bungalow. A maximum of two motor vehicles per bungalow is allowed on the car park. Trailers, caravans, camper vans and similar vehicles are not allowed in the park. Vans and motorbikes are only allowed in the parking area in front of the barrier. In case you want to take a lot of things with you: small lorries are not allowed in our park (without consultation) due to the infrastructure.

Finally: also on our park certain things can happen due to force majeure. In extreme cases of emergency, these unforeseen circumstances (for example due to fire, storm damage or similar) may prevent us from meeting our obligation to let a recreational bungalow to you. In such emergency situations, we are not liable for the costs of your stay elsewhere.
