You’ll stay peaceful and centrally located in Hollandsche Rading, surrounded by greenery and close to Hilversum and Utrecht. TV, Wi-Fi, and daily waste removal are included in the rental price.

Important information
You are renting a fully equipped holiday bungalow including TV, Wi-Fi, and daily waste disposal. Billing is done in 4-week periods.
Before the start of the first rental period, the deposit (equal to 4 weeks' rent) and the one-time final cleaning fee must be paid.
Our holiday homes are intended solely for temporary stays and not for permanent residence. Therefore, you will not receive a rental contract. A stay is possible for up to 6 months. This setup allows us to be flexible with arrival and departure dates.
If you may want to extend your stay after the initial booking period of at least 8 weeks, please indicate this when you book. We can then reserve a temporary option for extension so the bungalow will not be booked by others during that time.
If your stay partially falls in the high season, the rent will be calculated prorated.
Long stays are possible for all our accommodations. This way you can choose the temporary home that best suits your needs. We apply the following terms and conditions for long stays.
